Claire is the creator and driving force behind Wigs & Warpaint. With decades of experience in colour, cutting, and training, she's especially known across Sheffield as a curly hair specialist. Clients travel from far and wide for her expertise in natural curls, wavy cuts, and advanced colour work.

Paul

Paul co-directs Wigs & Warpaint and has been central to shaping its vision since the very beginning. With a background in Sheffield's creative and music scene, he brings innovation and fresh ideas into the salon world. He works closely with Claire and the team to keep Wigs & Warpaint at the forefront of Sheffield's hair and culture.

Adam

Adam is one of our busiest stylists and has been with Wigs & Warpaint for over 12 years. Home grown through the Wigs Academy from a school leaver, he is a top all-rounder with barbering qualifications to boot. Adam's precision, creativity, and easygoing style have earned him a loyal following — get an appointment if you can, you won't regret it!

Zara

Zara recently joined Wigs & Warpaint from a large nearby salon, bringing with her over 25 years of experience. A fully accomplished stylist and trainer, she can turn her hand to every aspect of hairdressing with ease. Known for her bubbly, comedian personality, Zara has fitted into the Wigs family like a glove. As shop floor manager she mentors the team and ensures the salon runs at the highest standard.

Bella

Bella trained at Wigs & Warpaint before pursuing her passion for makeup. Missing the Wigs buzz, she returned to the team where she now thrives as both a hairdresser and qualified makeup artist. Bella is also a curly hair specialist, known for her artistry with natural curls and waves, making her a go-to for those wanting definition and bounce — as well as weekend makeovers.

Jeanna

Jeanna brings energy and personality to the salon. Highly skilled in both colour and extensions, she's known for bold transformations and flawless results. Her bubbly approach and technical knowledge make her a client favourite.

Emily

Emily is one of our latest fully Wigs-trained hairdressers to hit the salon floor. With a great personality and top marks in her qualifications, she is quickly filling her column alongside the boss. Emily is fully qualified in Beauty Works extensions and Keratin straightening treatments, as well as all colour services. Clients love her vibrant energy and flawless results.

Jing Yu

Jing is Wigs' very own specialist for east Asian hairstyles, as well as trendy colour work. With a bubbly, bouncy personality, Jing always brings joy to the salon. She's also known locally as a successful businesswoman, running a popular pet grooming business alongside her work with Wigs & Warpaint.

Jade

A Wigs Academy home-grown stylist, Jade has flourished into a fantastic hairdresser. She specialises in blonding services and also excels at precision bobs. Her calm, professional consultations, where she really listens to her clients, have helped her build an impressive and loyal clientele.

Codie

Codie is the newest addition to Wigs & Warpaint and has already made a big impression. Having recently joined from one of Sheffield's most prominent salons, Codie brings a wealth of experience and skill across all aspects of hair. Particularly known for precision short cuts and versatile styling, Codie is an accomplished all-rounder and a fantastic new asset to the team.

Ellieanne

Ellieanne is a Wigs Academy graduate who has grown into a brilliant all-rounder. Recently returning from maternity, she is quickly rebuilding her client base with colour and cutting services. She also specialises in Keratin straightening and works in beauty, offering lash and brow services.

Andy

Andy is training as a barber on the salon floor while also supporting reception, photography, and social media. His barbering skills are developing quickly. Cantonese speaking, helping Wigs & Warpaint serve a diverse client base. A true all-rounder, Andy adds energy and versatility to the team.

Lily

Lily has just stepped up from apprentice to the salon floor as a graduate stylist. Already flourishing, she offers a full range of services including ladies' haircuts, colour services, keratin smoothing, blow-dries, and hair extensions. With her bubbly personality, famous scalp massages, and keen eye for recommending the right products, she's already building a loyal following.

Tyler

Tyler is an apprentice with a natural gift for client care. With a fantastic personality and endless energy, he goes above and beyond to support both the salon team and clients every day. Tyler learning and growing fast and is available for bookings for a great value appointment on our training Mondays (not in December).

Ruby

Ruby is quickly developing into a fantastic stylist. She is trained in keratin treatments, blow-dries, and colour work, and is already loved for her bubbly personality and client care. She's growing fast and clients can book with her for a great value appointment on our training Mondays (not in December).

Carmen

With over 30 years in the beauty industry, Carmen delivers professional, personalised treatments across beauty, skincare, waxing, massage, lashes and wellbeing, increasingly blending traditional treatments with a holistic approach. A former beauty lecturer and trainer, she's known for meticulous work and glowing reviews. Carmen is self-employed and manages her own diary, so appointment times may occasionally be adjusted around her availability.

Anna

Anna is our Korean Beauty and semi-permanent makeup specialist. She brings a refined, artistic approach to beauty, combining a Fine Art background with advanced Korean techniques to create soft, natural, balanced results tailored to each individual.

Vanessa

Vanessa is affectionately known as Sheffield's coolest grandma. A long-time stylist and mentor at Wigs & Warpaint, she has trained generations of apprentices and continues to pass on her knowledge. She now works weekends by appointment, bringing her years of wisdom and experience to clients and the next generation alike.
