We have a 24hr AI boking assistant for when calls cant be answered where you can also book your appointment or leave a message for a team member to call you back. Walk-ins are welcome but we recommend booking to guarantee your preferred stylist.

We use professional salon brands including K18, Olaplex, Kerasilk and Goldwell, choosing products according to the hair and service being performed. For professional hair extensions, we work with premium Remi Cachet and Beauty Works hair and recommend appropriate extension aftercare for the system fitted. Wigs & Warpaint also has its own range of salon products, which are popular with our clients. We don’t believe in using the same product on everyone — we choose what best suits your hair, your service and the result we’re trying to achieve.

Hair extensions are individually priced because the cost depends on the fitting method, hair range, length, density and amount of hair required. A subtle filler service will cost very differently from a complete length and volume transformation. Your 30-minute consultation is £30 and is fully credited against your fitting if you go ahead. We’ll assess your hair, colour-match you, discuss the different options and give you a clear quotation before any hair is ordered.

Come to your appointment with your natural curl pattern — avoid straightening or blow-drying beforehand. We'll start with a consultation to understand your curl goals, texture and lifestyle so we can create the perfect shape.

A curly cut is performed on dry hair so the stylist can see how each curl naturally sits and account for shrinkage. This means the shape is built around movement and bounce, rather than cutting wet hair that behaves completely differently once dry.

Balayage is a hand-painted highlighting technique that creates natural, sun-kissed dimension. Unlike traditional foil highlights, balayage blends seamlessly as it grows out, giving you a softer, more lived-in look.

You can typically go 3–4 months between balayage appointments. It's one of the lowest-maintenance colour options because the freehand technique means no harsh regrowth lines.

A keratin treatment lasts 3–5 months depending on your hair type and aftercare routine. Results gradually fade naturally, so there's no awkward grow-out phase.

Yes. Our Kerasilk treatments are formaldehyde-free and safe for coloured, highlighted and bleached hair. In fact, keratin can help protect colour-treated hair by sealing the cuticle.

K18 is a molecular repair treatment that works in just 4 minutes. It reconnects broken polypeptide chains inside the hair fibre, reversing damage from colour, heat and chemical treatments. The results are long-lasting and cumulative.

K18 works on polypeptide chains, which make up the majority of hair structure, while Olaplex targets disulphide bonds. K18 requires no rinsing and works in 4 minutes. We offer both treatments and can advise which is best for your hair.
