We use your data to: manage appointments and provide our services; send appointment reminders; improve our website and services; comply with legal obligations.

We process your data on the basis of: contract performance (appointments); legitimate interest (website analytics, service improvement); consent (marketing communications).

We do not sell your data. We share data with: Salon IQ (booking system); Google (analytics); Vercel (website hosting). All processors are GDPR-compliant.

We retain appointment data for 6 years (legal requirement). Website analytics data is retained for 14 months. Marketing consent records are kept until you withdraw consent.
